About Julia

Our Mission

Hello, I’m Julia — a psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with individuals across a wide range of settings.


Throughout my career, I’ve supported people through life’s challenges with a simple belief at the core of my practice: every person’s story matters.


I take a person-centred approach, which means our work together is guided by your needs, your goals, and your pace. My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create change.


I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies, including:


  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Mindfulness-based approaches
  • Solution-Focused Therapy
  • Narrative Therapy


By tailoring these approaches to each individual, I aim to help you build resilience, develop practical strategies, and move toward greater clarity and wellbeing.


Outside of my professional work, I value balance, mindfulness, and connection — qualities that also inform the way I practice as a psychologist.
